Since 1975, the Technical Career Institute has been helping people in the Miami area gain higher education, helping them to earn diplomas and Occupational Associate degrees. In January of 2004, Technical Career Institute relocated from its location in Miami Springs to a brand new 23,000 sq. ft. facility situated in the offices of the Mall of the Americas, located at the intersection of W. Flagler Street. and Route. 826.

Hospitality Operations Management: Occupational Associate Degree

Our Hospitality Operations and Management program is focused on giving students the abilities they need to enter the fast-paced hospitality industry in jobs that include:

• front desk associate
• food and beverage management trainee
• and convention management assistant in businesses including hotels, motels, restaurants, inns, and convention facilities.

The course provides an understanding of the hospitality industry, including various departments, supervisory and management skills.
