If youve ever dreamed of owning your own restaurant or being the next celebrity chef, YTI can help you make those dreams a reality. At YTI Career Institute, you get practical training that is modeled after the industry and results oriented. Our latest renovated 52,000 square foot facility gives a technologically-advanced learning environment to the students.
- There are 4 teaching kitchen labs each of them stocked with the same culinary used in the industry elsewhere.
- A demonstration kitchen, a space of 2,000 square feet, can accommodate an audience of 125 in comfortable theater type seats.
- A prototype restaurant having a capacity to seat 72 people, with a service & computer station for orders to the kitchen.
- Seven rooms to be used for teaching classes.
You will be prepared to enter into the exciting realm of the food service industry with a solid foundation for success as a graduate of the YTI Culinary Arts/ Restaurant Management program.
The program lasts 21 months or 7 quarters.

- How to create stocks.
- How to prepare primal cuts of meat, poultry and seafood.
- How to make use of different cooking methods.
- How to prepare lean dough, rich dough and assorted basic pastry products.
- How to prepare cuisines from various regions of the world.
